Job Description:

Quaification: Diploma / B.Architect in Architect / Civil specialization.
Experience: 15 to 25 yrs in Liaisoning activities with various authorities such as MoEF, HRC, etc.
Work location: Sion East in Mumbai

Job Description :
1. Candidate should have prior work experience in Redevelopment projects.
2. To coordinate between Design and Development team, Design architect for timely submission and obtaining various approvals as per DC regulations and as per policies in force and follow up with authoritiesas required.
3. Provide inputs on the local government laws and regulations during the project planning and design phase to ensure incorporation of the same.
4. To remain abreast with change in government policies, evaluate the impact on projects and opportunities in the development of new plans.
5. To coordinate with various consultants, design teams, etc. for presentations to various authorities such as MoEF, HRC, etc.
6. To prepare presentations for appraising various approval issues to management and weekly presentations.
7. To prepare approvals budget associated timeline and their dependency for projects,updating it and keeping a record of the same.
8. Monitor Approval Costs & budget and present the same to management.
9. Ensuring all the compliance required for various NOC `s like MOEF, HRC, CFO, EETC, Tree, SWD, Drainage etc. are completed on time
10. Must have worked with reputed Real estate developer for minimum 15 years.
11. Should be well versed with project evaluation and calculating premiums for project feasibility.
12. Good existing networking across consultants and departments to be abreast with knowledge base etc.
