Qualification: ITI Draftsman, Diploma civil / Architect or HSC+AutoCAD
Experience: 2 to 7 yrs in architectural / civil drafting
Work location: Sion East in Mumbai

Job description:
A full time course in draftsman ship from recognised institute having 2 to 7 years, Midlvl Experience in municipal drawings and working drawings.
Good knowledge of building bye laws required.
Should be able to work in the team as well as alone, strong drafting abilities.
The candidate should possess following skill set: Auto CAD (Must), Google Sketch up, Revit Knowledge + BIM Exposure, Corel Draw, Photoshop, and MS Office etc. Knowledge of Revit Architecture shall be an added advantage.
Candidate shall be punctual.
Understanding of structural, MEP and landscape drawings.
Producing Presentation Drawing, Working drawing, Detail Drawing, work out quantities Area statement.
Create architectural drawings based on building specifications, Calculations, and Sketches.
Assist in- house Architect / Project Manager to ensure that the construction project is in accordance with design specifications.
Visit construction sites to collect measurements and prepare survey drawings as per requirement.

Team Work
Coordinate with team members and coordinate the work status.
Share & seek information relevant to the progress of the assignment. Quality management
Ensure reports / drawings sent are error free.
Develop processes to ensure error free output / follow existing quality processes.
Follow the existing quality standards of Secure and develop process for improvement.
