Job Description

  • Knowledge on ITIL Service Operation Process – Incident, Problem, Change , Configuration and Release Management
  • Must have experience in ITOM modules i.e. Event Management, Discovery, Service Map, Cloud Management, CMDB etc.
  • Should have development experience in ServiceNow technical areas like Business Rules, Import Set, Knowledge management, Client Scripts, UI policies, UI actions, Data Policies, Script Includes, Jelly Scripts, Service Portal, Scheduler, UI Macro, Workflow, Tables, Notification, Widget, Event, variable Set, ACL, etc.
  • Should have experience in installation, configuration, and integrate software products with ServiceNow platform above Orlando version
  • Should have development experience in custom solutions required through scripting and software development.
  • Should be familiar with JavaScript, jQuery, AngularJS, HTML5 and Development of Applications and modules to deliver the client’s business requirements.
  • Work with application owners to update workflow tasks and approvals for automated processes.
  • Well versed with SCRUM SLDC methodology to develop the custom features in ServiceNow tool.
  • Suggesting the best practices of ServiceNow and ITIL processes across various business groups.

 

Requirements

  • Admin experience on ServiceNow Modules (Incident, Problem, Change, CMS, CMDB, Service Catalog, Integration, Knowledge & Asset Mgmt)
  • Maintenance, administration and version standardization of Service Now
  • Understanding of configuration management principles
  • Develop Applications on SNOW Platform
  • Customized Service levels
  • Platform Upgrades
  • Service Management Process development
  • Third Party Management/Integration with other ITSM tools & 3rd Party tools
  • Configuration of functionalities according to the best process & practices
  • Mentoring and Training the junior resources
  • Serve as a highly technical skilled specialist resource within the ServiceNow domain to provide support
  • Design and develop configurations and customisations for component discovery.
  • Responsible for the technical specification and implementation of the ServiceNow integration
  • Provide expertise on all technical questions related to development on of ServiceNow
  • Develops the technical solutions, implements them and performs the component integration tests
  • Expertise level understanding of ServiceNow implementations and programming skill required
  • Proven track record in ITSM technologies
  • System integration experience using web services and other web based technologies such as XML, HTML, AJAX, CSS, HTTP, REST/SOAP
  • Experience with extending the ServiceNow schema to custom applications

 

Work Timings: Rotational Shifts (24*7)
