Job Description:


Objective:

We are looking for a high performing Sr. Category Manager to own the product categories available on the platform .The candidate should have a strong orientation in digital, metric driven and analytical approach. He/she will be responsible for material lifecycle from plant to end consumer sale, category expansion and prioritization. Working closely with sales teams, production planning teams, keeping abreast of market dynamics and effective feedback loop are important aspects.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Develop materials category metrics and supply chain

- Responsible for category activation, sale and gross margins

- Responsible for closure of orders by coordinating with sales team and plants

- Develop insights into category expansion, prioritization, roll out

QUALIFICATIONS & COMPETENCE REQUIRED:

- Engineer + MBA from premier institute.

- 4-5 years of industry experience (post MBA)

- Strong analytical and metrics orientation

- Strong communication &interpersonal skills

- Ability to work with and navigate multiple stakeholders for closures

- Self-starter and driven

Language Skills: fluent in English. Knowing Tamil/Marathi/Kannada an added advantage
