Export Marketing

Job Description:

• Identifying new clients with their complete background history and verifying with other sources
• Providing regular feedback and view of the products from buyers side and highly recommending into the business
• Setting credit limit of each and every client according their potential and credibility image
• Directing the team of around 12 personnel inclusive of expatriate and local people from sales & marketing, inventory control, warehousing, logistic and port operations supervisory staff
• Providing deadline to the staff member to meet the sales targets
• Building the relations with Custom Officers, Custom House Agents, Local Govt. Dept. and Transporters
• Developing processes to enable suppliers to identify problems in their production schedule to improve on-time shipping and reduce problems with planning Leading cross-department initiatives to develop and pursue cost reduction programs
• Training employees; preparing import & export documents such as invoices, pre-alerts and arrival notices for Regional and International Clients
• Coordinating sales, providing market support to sales team, and strengthening networks with international partners
• Administering Buyer Network and Broker Network Management
• Administering complete P&L cycle for the company products

Working on collection payment on time from customers and following up the payments as per clients’ commitment
