Job Description:
Role Objective
- Driving overall health of the Category – Financial, operational
- Oversee and lead the P&L for online (e-commerce) business for middle east region
- Analyzing GMV growth, marketing spends and gross margin on sale
- Managing and planning assortment/categories and tie up with brands to develop the catalog
- Driving Top line growth MoM in line with the targets
- Driving Operational metrics through Vendor Management team.
- Generating bottom-line through Ad sales – Key suppliers + Brands (working with central Ad sales team)
- Brand and Key Supplier Strategic partnerships and Relations
- 4-6 years of work experience in similar profile
- Experience in onboarding and managing vendors
- Excellent communication skills
- High level of ownership, willingness to set up things from scratch
- High proficiency in comprehending and building analysis over large and complex data sets
