Job Description:
Requirements:
- Lead assigned projects to completion
- Provide project managers with feedback, encouragement and advice
- Troubleshoot problems that come up during projects
- Develop individual project plans complete with budgetary information and resource needs
- Refine project budget as needed to ensure timeliness and fiscal responsibility
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers as needed
- Plans and leads status review meetings, which may include internal team members, vendors, and customers
- Provides project status updates at predetermined time intervals to all stakeholders
- Excellent communication(Verbal AND Written), organization, time-management and leadership skills
- Establish key project criteria metrics
- Develop project control and reporting procedures and manage changes in operational plan
- Should have high level corporate exposure and management experience
Experience:
4-6 years (preferably in supervisory capacity)
