Backend Developer
Job Description:
Responsibilities:
Design and implement backend systems and APIs
Write scalable and maintainable code
Testing, debugging and automated deployment
Automate tasks with scripting or tools
Clear code, comments and documentation
Collaborate with team to build and improve features
Requirements:
2+ Experience in Python, RestAPIs databases and message queues like Redis, Kafka, RabbitMQ
Experience in Databases (NoSQL- MongoDB, Cassandra / SQL - Postgres, MySQL, MariaDB)
Python framework with testing (TDD) (Flask / Django) and/or Celery
Skilled in deployment infrastructure, Cloud Providers (e.g. GCP, AWS, Azure) and tools (Docker, Kubernetes, Nginx)
Strong understanding of Continuous Integration (CI) and Continuous Deployment (CD) , Git, Github and Semantic Versioning
Knowledge of data processing libraries like numpy, pandas is a plus
