Job Description:
Responsibilities to handle - Company's all cases related to police authorities such as FIR, our Vehicle accident cases, or any other police cases related to our establishment.
Labor Commissioner, Municipal Board, Town & Country Planning, Land revenue Department, Forest Department for FCA Act, & MOEF..
Liaison with Mining Dept. At District Head Courters and Secretariat for clearance of PL & ML Application and also its forest and Environment Clearances etc..
Coordination with Administration department for every legal issue. Coordination and discussion with our solicitors and lawyers for legal issues.
All the processes related with the land purchase/ sale. i.e. searching all the facts and history of the property in the various government department and in the office of the Registrar of assurances and domestic investigation of title of immovable properties. Mutation work in corporation.
All the processes related to E-Auction of Coal.
