ENGINEER SERVICE FOR CHAINS MANUFACTURING - RAIPUR , CHHATTISGARH

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Service Engineer to support the maintenance, troubleshooting, and optimization of chain manufacturing equipment. The ideal candidate will ensure machinery operates efficiently, minimize downtime, and provide technical support to production teams and clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct installation, maintenance, and repair of chain manufacturing machinery and equipment.

• Troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical issues in production systems.

• Perform regular inspections and preventive maintenance to ensure optimal equipment performance.

• Collaborate with production and quality teams to improve manufacturing processes.

• Train operators and maintenance staff on proper machine usage and safety protocols.

• Provide on-site and remote technical support for clients as needed.

• Document service reports, maintenance schedules, and performance records.

• Recommend upgrades or modifications to improve equipment efficiency and reliability.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Electrical Engineering.

• Proven experience in service, maintenance, or production engineering in manufacturing.

• Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, hydraulics, pneumatics, and control systems.

• Problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.

• Good communication and teamwork abilities.

• Willingness to travel for client service visits as required.

Preferred:

• Experience with chain manufacturing or heavy machinery.

• Familiarity with CAD or maintenance management software.
