Job Description:

Salesforce QA Specialist / Tester

The Quality Assurance Specialist designs and executes tests to confirm solution alignment with documented requirements

Relevant Experience: 2 years

Education: Bachelors Degree in Computer Science

Critical Needs

• 1-2 years quality assurance testing experience on the Salesforce platform
• Involved in 2-4 end-to-end Salesforce implementation projects
• Solid understanding in Salesforce standard functionality and features Familiarity with General CRM functionalities
• 1-3 years of work experience in creating test strategies, test plans and data management plans
• Experience executing manual tests on the Salesforce platform
• Experience in test automation desired
• Experience testing data migrations between different CRM applications
• Hands on experience with black-box testing, regression testing, system-integration testing
• Hands on experience in using test management tools like Jira

Certifications

• Certified Salesforce Administrator preferred

Roles & Responsibilities

• Create actionable test plan documentation based on gathered business requirements
• Document step-by-step test cases to achieve the objectives laid out in the test plan
• Document defects found during test execution
• Manage test data including data set creation and environment refresh
• Participate in daily or weekly defect management meetings
• Provide frequent status on testing progress, work remaining and any issue impeding test execution
• Participate with near- and offshore teams across project phases
