Job Description:
JOB DESCRIPTION:-
- Relevant work experience providing technical support with a strong knowledge of troubleshooting and root cause analysis
- Exceptional troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to prioritize effectively and collaborate cross-functionally in a fast-paced, complex, and growing environment
- Experience providing support in a SaaS environment
- Familiarity with helpdesks such as Jira and Zendesk
- Experience with databases, SQL and APIs - Able to create queries to retrieve records.
- MongoDB or other NoSQL database experience is a plus.
- Experience with scripting, such as JavaScript and Python is a plus.
- Thoughtful approach to solving issues and proactive focus on preventing them in the future
