We are having urgent opening for BDM in Pune .

The position is responsible for Business Development responsible for maintaining, increasing, and securing new business from OEMs, including related techno-commercials while keeping in mind the quality standards, Customer centricity, Company Vision, Mission & common goals.

  • Develop Business cases based on Request for Quote from customer
  • Align the CFT for new RFQ’s
  • Offering the Techno-Commercial Proposal to Customer
  • Negotiate with customer & get timely Purchase order for new business or price increase for commodity and ECN’s
  • Work with Customer to improve the SOB
  • Work closely with customer for New Part Developments (NPD), Agreements
  • Prepare Estimation & Forecasting for market & volumes – AOP/ LRP
  • Improve the Profitability by offering the cost reduction proposals eg VA/VE.
  • Provide timely Market Intelligence & Competitive Intelligence
  • MIS generation on various reports – Plan Vs Act, Market Trend, Sales report.etc
