- Lead in product concern monitoring and resolution identification, Warranty Reduction and monitoring of existing and new products .
- Liaise with OEM field Sales team, Dealer Sales and service team and push THSL new product sales
- Complaint reduction , warranty cost reduction
- Retro fitment of THSL products in to End customer vehicles
