Qualification: BE in Electronics, Instrumentation
Experience: min 10 to 20 yrs in handling service activities on PAN India level.
Work location: Kolkatta in West Bengal

Job description:

Previous Experience as Service Manager in Power Electronics Product manufacturing industries, Comprehensive Industry Knowledge specially in Railways , Management Experience, Strong Customer-Facing Skills, Strong Written and Verbal Communication skills, Self-Motivated, Troubleshooting & Creative Problem-Solving abilities.

. Responsible to assist technical staffs. Assigns and coordinates work assignments and resolution of critical technical and procedural problems.
. Responsible to visit pan India based Railway sheds to assist Dept. Head / Manager for team members performing inspections, preparing reports, and doing repairs; if necessary, carries out these job duties personally to ensure highest quality of work.
. Good knowledge of power electronics products repeat failure analysis report.
. Responsible for New AMC agreement, renewal of existing AMC.
. Responsible for payments follow-up and meet collection targets on time.
. Responsible to maintain customer relationships and ensuring repeat customers by upselling products and services and taking care of any customer concerns or complaints quickly and professionally
. Require working knowledge of industry regulations, restrictions, and laws, and ensures service department compliance to all regulations
. Resolves service team problems and improves current service methods to increase productivity and customer service
. Responsible to Monitor department issues and client complaints to define patterns and work to lessen those recurring issues
. Responsible to provide product training time to time to service engineers
. May need to travel as required
