- 2-3 years of experience of working in a NOC environment
- Expertise in Linux environment. RHCE certified
- ITIL certified
- Work independently, should display ownership all times with sense of urgency for business impacting issues.

- Ability to multitask with eye for detail
- Fast learner with good logical and analytical skills
- Good communication skills verbal and written
- Good customer service skills
