PRODUCTION HEAD - ALUMINA REFINERY

Job Description:

• Ensuring safety in the workplace for all the stakeholders. Ensuring emissions in the refinery is in line with environment norms.
• Planning for production according to the targets set under business plan. Division of yearly target to month wise production target.
• Synchronization with other departments such as maintenance, enabling functions etc to be on target without getting the production delayed.
• Planning to minimize the cost of production without affecting the volume, implementation of cost & quality control measures.
• Initiating improvement projects and guiding the employees for the enhancement of production volume.
• Ensuring training, Job Rotation and nurturing of talent pool with proper interventions.
• Continuous Benchmarking of best practices and ensuring execution of VSAP to achieve targeted scores.
