Tibco Designer

Job Description:

• Extensive experience of TIBCO Middleware Technologies (EAI) and Client-Server and web based software Design & Development.
• Good Knowledge & Hands-on of TIBCO Business Works version 6.x.
• Have a strong working knowledge of Service Oriented Architecture (SOA)and associated concepts such as XML Schemas, WS specifications, SOAP, REST, service mediation/ESB and messaging.
• Extensive experience in identifying and translating high level, conceptual user requirements into business specifications that will be used to guide application development activities to facilitate the effective integration of technology in delivering services.
• Experienced in Designing Web services using SOAP over JMS and SOAP over HTTP, WSDLs, xml schemas, xpath, and xquery and used Tibco BW Service solution.
• Extensive involvement in design and analysis phase of SDLC especially preparing HLD and LLD for service interface.
• Collaborates with client stakeholders, Development & Testing teams across business and technical streams and provide expertise for solving complex business/technical requirements, analyzes, define application scope, objectives and classifies complex change request and reviews and evaluates possible enhancements.
• Should have working knowledge of JAVA, Oracle, SVN source control.
• Maintains active relationships with customers to determine business requirements.
• Be a fast learner, and eager to mentor less experienced team members
• Mentors others on coding standards and performs code reviews.
• Have strong verbal and written communication skills
