- 3+ years of strong/professional consulting experience in implementing systems

- Experience with system configuration
- Ability to work with clients directly at different levels of technical expertise
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Business analysis and requirements gathering abilities
- Conflict management skills
- Ability to learn technology quickly through instruction and self-training
