Design Engineer (NPD Electronics)
Job Description:
Qualification: Diploma /BE in Mechatronics, Electronics
Experience: 1 to 3 yrs experience in designing of PCB layout, Circuit Design in Solidworks and also in development of testing Jig/Fixture.
Work location: Vasai East in Mumbai
Gender: Male / Female
Responsibilities:
1. Mech. Design – On Solidwork team data centre as per the customer requirement, PCB layout in Eagle / ki CAP, GD & Tolerance Stacking analysis
2. APQP Document –As per customer requirement follow of DFMEA, Co-ordination with suppliers, Mold trials and system developments- EPDM data management
3. Circuit Design – As hardware design APCRS for simple applications, PCB layout design in solid work.
4. FTG – Jig/Fixture development for testing of products
5. FTG – Jig/Fixture development for testing of products
6. ECR / ECN closures.
7. Components selection – Components inspection & approvation
8. A course from Autobot Will be an added advantage.
Key Requirements: Knowledge of solid works and EPDM,
Experience from automotive component as added advantage specially in EV.
