Primary Purpose:
The Human Resource Generalist shall be responsible to ensure meeting recruitment TAT against each position and ensure quality of candidates shortlisted is as per defined norms. They shall ensure a smooth on boarding process for the new incumbent.
Key Accountabilities/Activities
Follow the prevailing recruitment process to the core
2. Design and implement the overall working strategy to fill up positions within TAT
3. Source and recruit candidates by various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods like social medial, job portal etc. within the defined TAT.
4. Liaise with different internal teams for process adherence and interviews
5. Ability to conduct different types of interviews (structured, competency-based, stress etc.).
6. Hands-on experience with various selection processes (video interviewing, phone interviewing, reference check etc.)
7. Proven work experience as a Recruiter (either an in-house recruiter or a staffing agency recruiter)
8. Hands on experience on working with various MISs
9.Suggest benched mark practices used to increase efficiency and effective process under continual improvement for employee brand and candidate experience.
10.Interfacing with employees from our respective businesses to support / resolve queries with regards to recruitment
