Job Description:
We have an urgent opening for the position of Sourcing Manager for a reputed Real Estate Company at the Thane Location.
Job Responsibilities:
- Onboarding Channel Partners.
- Managing Channel Partners.
- Developing Channel Network.
- Handling Channel partners in Thane to Ghatkopar region.
- Organize, Plan, and Implement (real-estate) project-specific sales.
- Connecting channel partners' clients to the closing team.
- If the closing team is unavailable, then attending the channel partners' clients and
do the closing. - Maintain cordial relationships with prospective buyers and other customers of the company.
Skills Set Required:
- Good English Communication.
- Go getting Attitude.
- Self-Motivated.
- Good Coordination and convincing skills.
- Should have a Two-wheeler bike.
