Job Description:
  • Following the leads from the market, follow up with buyers, exploring new clients and selling flats, apartments etc.
  • Responsible for generating sales with existing customers and developing opportunities with new customers within assigned territory.
  • Liaising between customers and the company for up-to-date status of service, pricing and new product release launches.
  • Developing sales strategies and reaching the targets and goals set for your area.
  • Responsible for implementing sales strategies to increase market share and obtain new business.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with customers to help facilitate continued sales opportunities and identify project performance issues.
  • Ensuring all property related documents and agreements are accurate and up to date.
  • Negotiating the terms of an agreement and closing sales.
  • Understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements.
  • Initiating & developing relationships with key decision makers in Corporate.
  • Schedule and conduct weekly sales meetings and achieving targets.
  • Report on sales activities to your immediate reporting manager on daily basis.
  • Plan & execute promotional activities and corporate presentations.15
  • Collecting customer feedback and market research.
  • Keeping up to date with products and competitors.
