Job Description:

We are looking for a passionate and experienced people oriented HR professional to join our team! You will be responsible for the following:

  • Managing End-to-End Recruitment
  • Manage day to day HR operations – payroll processing, maintain employee records, compilation of reports.
  • Manage employee relations including handling employee queries.
  • Assist in strategic HR initiatives - Performance Management System, Talent Acquisition, Training and Development, Employee Surveys and Communications.
  • Assist in Recruitment and Employee Orientation and Induction.
  • Leading and Execution of end-to-end HR Operations strategy in alignment with the HR Department & Business objectives.
  • Assist and manage entire HR operations portfolio including payroll, HR MIS, Analytics, FnF management, employee database reports, Exit management and HR dashboards.
  • Enable transition from manual systems/ excel driven processes to software-based processes (HR automation) from scratch.
  • Manage and revamp, as required, HR guidelines and company level policies by actively engaging with all stakeholders.
  • Handle end to end compliances including Labor laws and other payroll specific statutory compliances
  • Ensure adequate and recommend best practices for building HR systems, processes and database managementt.
  • Perform other HR duties as assigned.

  • Should be able to handle chaos and be able to create structures and strong processes
  • You should have handled implementation of a software for HR processes
  • HR Operations specialist professional with strong focus on running HR Ops for a location (approx. 500-800 employees), System implementation, pay rolling MIS handling and database management, Employee  queries, disciplinary cases, terminations. PIP cases.
  • Ability to run own HR Ops desk and support the organization of the HR team in order to ensure follow-throughs for all projects assigned.
