ï??        GE Water & Process Technology totally auto in PLC/SCADA System Operating.

ï??        Maintenance Cleaning & Recovery Cleaning of UF.

ï??        Chemical Cleaning in GE RO System.

ï??        Activity of GAC Vessel in Carbon Sanitization & Backwash.

ï??        19 M³ Ro plant of Four Noâ??s GE Water & Process Technology     

ï??        Regularly fill-up, the history of all WWTP equipmentâ??s as per ISO Requirement.

ï??        Check all water sampling during shift.

ï??        Regularly fill up log sheets and maintain chemical stock during the shift.

ï??        Scavenger Ro 7m3 Plant erection and Commissioning, Operation& Maintenance work.

ï??        Multiple effect evaporation (ZLD) 36 KLD Plant erection and Commissioning.

ï??        Multiple effect evaporation (ZLD) 36 KLD Plant operation& Maintenance work.

ï??        Surface water treatment (Canal water) 50 KLD Plant Erection and Commissioning.

ï??        Surface water treatment (Canal water) 50 KLD plant operation & Maintenance work.

ï??        CCRO (Close circuit reverse osmosis) plant erection and commissioning runs.

Operation & Maintenance of RODM plant.  

ï??        Chemical Cleaning in RO plant.

ï??        Operation and maintenance of DM water plant capacity, 100 M3 Make Iron Exchange

ï??        Operation and maintenance of RO water plant Capacity          

ï??        Operation and maintenance of Cooling Tower plant capacity

ï??        Make And Maintain chemical dosing of Boiler HP & LP.

ï??        Analysis of water DM And RO Time to Time during the shift

ï??        Maintain all Data of plant as per given instruction by HOD And Logbook.
