Job Description:
HR Business Partner
- Be a partner to the Business Leader to drive growth, build talent and sustain culture of growth.
- Engage with business partners/leaders to discuss people-related issues and initiatives, provide business partners/leaders with regular updates on planned activity, advise managers on employee implications of business decisions and employee relations matters, and act as coaches to senior leadership.
- Assist the organization with the staffing process by helping drive and build action plans in partnership with Talent Acquisition Team to maintain an active pipeline of talent.
- Apply total reward concept to attract, motivate, and retain key employees. To provide associates and business leaders with appropriate information on, and interpretation of, compensation and benefits programs and policies. Work in conjunction with the Compensation & Benefits Team to coordinate the annual merit and PIP/SIP process, take part in discussions and reviewing proposals initiated by managers.
- Facilitate effective performance management practices by helping to define success, establish measurements, provide feedback, and reward performance. Provide guidance and advice to managers on performance issues and issue resolution.
- Talent Acquisition
- Lead the TA Strategy and Team of recruiters for timely and compliant hiring process.
- Engage with internal and external stakeholders to drive TA strategy, remove barriers and leverage opportunities of continuous improvement.
- Ensure compliant end to end TA processes from hiring to off-boarding
