Job Description:
We are hiring for the profile: MSSQL Support
Total years of experience :- 3 to 7
Location:- Pune
Shift:-Rotational Shift
JOB DESCRIPTION:-
- Candidate will be require to do analyze, resolve and provide RCA for production defects. Also should be able to handle multiple tickets simultaneously. Will be reporting to Client directly on daily basis.
- Mandatory and Good to have skills :
- Mandatory
- Need to have experience in MS SQL Server.
- Need to have basic knowledge of Dot Net (MVC, WEB API).
- Must have experience in handling production Defects including (Analysis, Debugging, Providing RCA, Code Fix, Data Fix).
- Should be good in Communication Skills.
- Good To Have Skills
- Good to have experience in Microsoft Azure (App Service, Azure Functions, Service Bus, App Plan, Application Insights).
- Knowledge of Monitoring Tools like Dynatrace, Application Monitor would be an advantage.
- Knowledge of Incident Management
