·         Need to ensure all the test cases assigned during a build to be completed within the SLA & with highest quality of work

Quality of Work

·         To maintain highest quality of work while testing the product and reporting defect.

·         To maintain thorough check on the testing output

JIRA QC

·         To maintain highest quality of documentation on test cases and defect reporting(JIRA)

Ready for QA SLA

·         To maintain the defined SLA for all JIRA under RFQA status. It imperative to complete within the defined SLA so that it can be checked into the build

Quality Incidents

·         All release engineers are expected to maintain the sanity of the product to the level where the client don’t find any issue post go live

7

Knowledge quotient

·         Be updated about the new features and enhancements within the product

·         Be updated with product, process and technical knowledge

8

Product Certification

·         All release engineers are expected to be aware of all the technology used at the organization  for build testing and should be certified on those technologies.
