Assistant Manager (CA)

Job Description:

Roles & Responsibilities -

In this role, candidates will have the responsibility of Accounting, compliances, and financial analysis & planning along with ensuring smooth day to day operations.

Accounting and Financial Analysis -

Ø  Ensure books of accounts of the company are correct and up to date at all times.

Ø  Preparation of monthly & annual financials, MIS and Board Reports.

Ø  Help in monitoring and ensuring timely corrective actions.

Ø  Coordinating with various consultants and ensuring all the compliance are complied with.

Ø  Ensure that sufficient funds are available to meet ongoing operational and capital investment requirements

Ø  Revenue assurance and Accounts receivable

Ø  Ensuring all invoices are raised and revenue booked on time.

Ø  GST and TDS compliances are taken care of, including all reconciliations.

Day to Day Operations

Ø  Manage & oversee daily operations of the Accounts department.

Ø  Monitoring & Analyzing accounting data & preparing financial statements and MIS timely.

Ø  Review ledgers & co-ordinate with the team for book closure activities (monthly & annual)

Budgeting

Ø  Support preparation of the company's budget

Ø  Liaison with departments on monthly budget & consumption; prepare variance analysis

Audit and Due-diligences

Ø  Own up and close audit- Statutory and Internal.

Additional requirements : preferred person having experience in project costing and accounting.

Desired Profile / Criteria / Skills :

1. SAP knowledge must
2. Preparation of Financial statement. 
3. Handling Tax Audit and good knowledge of GST
4. Closure of monthly books with AP & AR
5. Background - Big 4 Stat Audit + Industry experience in the financial statement functions + Good Grip on IND AS, Financial Statement Preparation, Audit and Working level knowledge of Tax and Compliance
