Job Description:

 Requirement for Customer Relationship Executive

  • Handling of inbound calls received from customers inquiring on their,  process, process related information.
  • To guide & provide the customers with all the required information about schemes.
  •  Should be able to solve the queries of the customers as well as handling the customers in a cooperative & efficient way.
  • New Customer Acquisition & improve client retention.
  • Develop a rapport with customers, demonstrating a friendly and helpful manner to put them at ease. Ability to empathize with and prioritize customer needs.
  • Excellent oral communication skills.
  • Self motivated & drive to achieve.
  • Ability to listen and should possess problem solving skills.
  • Preference for Experience candidates and Female candidates
