Job Description:

Area of responsibilities:

 

  1. Working closely with the leadership team and senior management of the parent company & subsidiaries for day to day operations mgmt., improving the financials of the companies, resolving the issues, and turning around of the business etc. thereby improving the business performance of the group.
  2. Developing business plan for newly acquired companies in coordination with BU Head and explore growth opportunities to align with the strategic vision of the Group.
  3. Provide support and insight into important organizational changes for new businesses such as cost reduction initiatives, capital allocation, positive cash flow and working capital mgmt. etc.
  4. Oversee the Annual operating plan (AOP) of the business, planning & budgeting, taxation , MIS, financial reporting and other significant commercial aspects of the business.
  5. Get involved in the decision making and provide input to the mgmt. as and when required in the areas of revenue management, profitability and improving the financial health of the subsidiaries.
  6. Responsible for financial controls, financial discipline, efficient & effective management of working capital, business restructuring, return ratio improvement, system and process enhancements etc.
  7. Working in close coordination with subsidiaries CFO’s (Sweden, Brazil), oversee and finalizing the accounts of the company.
  8. Responsible for digitization, process improvements and automation of newly acquired businesses.
  9. Oversee and ensure that all the compliance matters, regulatory and legal requirements are met in the countries.
  10. Advising and helping in fund raising for subsidiaries through various financial institutions as and when required.
  11. Understanding of business strategy and future road map and look for potential mergers & acquisition targets across the geographies as per suitability.
  12. Carrying out financial analysis, due diligence, risk assessment and providing input to the management on overall financial health of the company, returns, profitability and help in decision making about going ahead with the potential acquisition
Desired Profile / Criteria / Skills :

Competencies/ Skills: Thorough knowledge of handling international subsidiaries & joint venture operations, M&A, fund raising, Global Accounting, international taxation, international laws & compliance, financial analysis, due diligence, commercial acumen, eye for detailing, seeing through the things etc.

 

Experience: CA with min 15+ yrs experience
