Key Account Manager (Supply)
Job Description:
- Develop materials category metrics and supply chain
- Responsible for seller activation, sale and gross margins
- Responsible for closure of orders by coordinating with sales team and plants
- Develop insights into seller / Supplier expansion, prioritization, roll out
- BE/B. Tech/Bachelor's + MBA required from a premier institute. Selective very strong
- Candidates with relevant experience will be favored
- 3 to4+ years of key account management/sales experience in B2B segment will be preferred (pre or Post-Graduation)
- BD / KAM skills for supplier relationship management
- Previous experience in Channel sales role in industrial sales organisation or KAM / BD role in e-commerce organisation will be helpful
- Data orientation is a must
- Experience meeting customer needs, building customer relationships and knack for closing sales Strong communication & interpersonal skills
- Self-starter and driven
- Language Skills: fluent in English. Knowing Tamil/Marathi an added advantage
- Knowledge of sales principles and practices, Customer service Acumen.
- Desire to exceed growth, and working in a fast paced environment.
- Preferably with exposure in building material
- Coordinate 1st leg & last mile delivery along with ops team / updates to local sellers
- Understanding on 1st leg & last leg delivery
- Identify & onboard sellers across building material categories in applicable markets (for both Homes & Construct)
- Provide market intelligence on suppliers & pricing inputs across each category
