? Manage multiple internal stakeholders by establishing good
relationships
? Ability to review existing processes for identification of gaps and
further close the gaps through stakeholder connects
? Ability to end to end track and drive assigned projects/ processes
? Adaptable and flexible in switching between projects/ processes
assigned
? An attitude to seek knowledge and convert it into desirable output to
achieve self/ team and organizational goals

Primary Responsibilities
Operational Excellence:
• Prepare new processes in coordination with internal stakeholders on the new tie-ups onboarded/
products developed as per regulatory framework
• Assessment of current processes across departments for identification of gaps leading to
development of efficient products
• Review current Standard Operating Processes (SOPs) assigned as per identified list and
published to stakeholders

People Capability Enhancements:
• Conduct periodic trainings on key processes before rolling them out to ensure alignment and
successful implementation
Project Management:
• Drive the current project on iTHINK through a robust tracker prepared
• Identify the iDEATOR, SME (Subject Matter Expert) and additional stakeholders as required for
discussion to conclude iDEAS either through development or closure with amicable agreement
• Prepare and publish dashboards with a set frequency
• Separately track the iDEAS under development through stakeholder connects and publish its
status/ roadblocks/ challenges etc.
• Liaison with marketing team to prepare creatives
• Campaign creation and execution
Process Audits:
• Follow the audit calendar chalked out for the Calendar Year
• Prepare Audit Scope, steps to follow pre-audit, post audit and follow-ups thereafter
• Conduct a process walk through with identified stakeholders
• Raise requests to IT for data extraction as required
• Analyze the data extracted to identify gaps
• Audit discussions and publication of audit reports
