Job Description:
Job Details - Handle a team of 20 TM’s and 3 ASM’s in phase 1.
Addition of an additional 2 teams of ASM and TM’s in Phase 2.
Phase 3 - Complete coverage of Maharashtra State
On successful business execution and achievement of team targets elevation in Designation and Renumeration.
In charge of exploration and execution of new States for business expansion.
Handling greater responsibility as ZSM.
Direct co-ordination and reporting to the promoters of the Company.
These are Must skills for candidates – Good Command over English Language, Excellent rapport with Gynaec doctors and KOL’s. Ability to convince and convert thus setting an example for other team members. Entrepreneurial Drive, Wanting to achieve faster rise in designation and monetary growth, Willingness to work with a Launch Company, Leadership, Team building, motivating and retaining people.
