Production planning
Shifts Manpower planning and execution
Troubleshooting
Prepare production report
5S and Kaizen
ISO documentation
Ensure product quality
- Can monitor and execute the production activities by deploying and ensuring adherence of set engineering process norms
- Understanding engineering, scientific and other technical information (Circuits readings, PCB viewing and Mechanical drawing readings)
- Well versed with manufacturing practices
- Good understanding of customer expectations and deliverables with an awareness of the impact of failure/cost of poor quality
Required Skills :
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills
- Strong leadership abilities
- Ability to work in a diverse and dynamic environment
