To maintain BIS/ISO documentation.
to handling e customer compliance
online mechanical testing & physical inspection.
providing to test certificate to each & every customer,
to maintain to good house keeping
providing testing in our lab
BIS & third party inspection handling
to attend MRM & discussion with head.
awareness training of IMS Kaizen & 5s training
eliminates critical quality issues & production
develop facilities & additional test & analysis as per quality requirement
plane & implement to corrective action ore customer complain
ensure calibration service of all applicable lab equipment as per the schedule
improving & identification & storage of TMT bar in finish yard
ensure safety in sampling
billet easing test as per requirement by process
