Qualification: Graduate or post graduate from reputed university.
MBA-HR, MPM or MSW
Experience: HR & Admin Experience 8 to 15 years
Age:35 + Yrs.
Responsibilities:
Industrial Relation, Liasoning with government authorities like Labour Inspector, Factory Inspector, MPCB, LWF etc. Managing HR, Recruitment, administration and legal issues .
Key Requirements:
At least 8 years experience in manufacturing unit, Knowledge and experience in employment law, compensation, organizational planning, recruitment, organizational development, employee relations, safety, employee engagement and employee development.

Salary: Rs 3.50 to 4.0 Lac per annum
