Job Description:
PRODUCTION HEAD - Ferro Alloys Division (9 MVA Arc Furnace)
- Diploma/B.E/B.Tech- Metallurgy
- 8 TO 10 years of relevant experience in production of Ferro Alloys- Silico/Ferro Manganese.
- Salary 1000000 TO 1500000 CTC
The person has to run the plant independently. the responsibilities include-
- Providing technical leadership to the entire plant in all respect. Aligning the entire team technically and administratively.
- Maximizing production and production efficiency.
- General administration including labour, stores & inventory, statutory and legal issues for industry, managing a team of expats and managing local government and community leaders to achieve smooth and optimal operating efficiencies.
- Monitoring and controlling commercial aspect of the operations including raw material, consumables and finished goods stocks.
