Job Description:

Position – Technical Project Manager - JAVA AWS

Experience – 10 - 15 years

Key Responsibilities:

1. Collaborate with peers and management on process improvement ideas, policy and procedure enhancements, and opportunities to improve our project delivery experience.
2. Coach, lead and manage the team resources by sharing expertise for team development
3. Effectively collaborates and communicates with the stakeholders and ensure client satisfaction.
4. Sets and manages client expectations effectively
5. Strong business communication and people management skills.
6. Assist project team members in understanding the Use Cases and requirements
7. Participate in designing architectures and suggest improvements
8. Maintain latest technical/functional/managerial skills (as appropriate) required based on the company’s technical strategies
9. Improve application performance or enhance product usability

Desired Candidate Profile
Must know Java, and Angular

1. The position seeks proven leaders who can manage our Java/J2EE Cloud technology projects and deliver to exceed customer expectations.
2. Define project scope, goals and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
3. Should possess strong hands- on designing and development skills in Java, SpringBoot, Angular, NodeJs
4. Must have exp in AWS (1-2Yrs)
5. Should manage and deliver resource allocation (people, hardware, software)
6. Strong techno functional knowledge on .Net, SQL and allied technologies
7. Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation and presentations
8. Candidate should have prior background of handling multiple projects, direct interaction with client managers and take complete responsibility for the delivery of the projects.
9. Experience with working on Agile/Scrum method of product implementation and delivery.
