Job Description:

Qualification: Diploma or BE in Mechanical or Production with 5 to 12 yrs experience in Metal Powder Pressing.

Job profile:

Responsibility of Machine Shop & Press Shop of Metalic powder pressing.
Responsible to lead, motivate people for better output.
Good knowledge of TPM.AM, PM etc
Responsibility of production set up for new product introduction.
Responsibility of identifying the waste, incorrect process, reduce inventory & cost of non-quality.
Expertise in interpreting engineering drawings and GD&T.
Knowledge of Catia V5 / AutoCAD.
Awareness of SPC, FMEA & APQP core tools.
Create a healthy atmosphere with Line Associate to meet the Targets.
Responsibility of the production to achieve the given target.
Manpower & material management according to production plan.
Finding the root cause of failure of production and taking the preventive action..
Shop Floor Quality system like defect analysis & prevention techniques like Poka-yoke implementation.
Ensuring tool availability in JIT supplies for smooth and continues flow of production line
Involving in continual improvement by adopting KAIZEN.
Imparting training and ensuring dexterity improvement of sectional operators for skill up-gradation.
Managing overall operations with a view to endure timely accomplishment of Production Target within the time and cost parameters.

Salary: Rs 5.0 to 8.0 lac per annum
