Assistant Manager- Data Management

Job Description:

Eligibility Criteria 

• Proven experience as data manager
• Excellent understanding of data administration and management functions (collection, analysis, distribution etc.)
• Familiarity with modern database and information system technologies like SQL & MQL.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Access, Word etc.)
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Key Responsibilities

ROLE –

• Review presentations, manuscript, tables and graphs for accuracy and quality.
• Develop standard operating procedures for data handling and archiving
• Maintain data management plans and operating instructions for complex business systems and architectures.
• Provide guidance in identifying and defining data requirements.
• Provide technical oversight for integrating new technology or new initiatives into data standards and structures.
• Design and develop databases that are compatible with company need.

   RESPONSIBILITIES –

• Manage all incoming data files.
• Review data for inconsistencies or anomalies that could skew analytical results.
• Maintain our databases and conduct routine maintenance as needed to ensure data integrity.
• Provide individuals with access to essential data sets.
• Streamline data collection and analysis procedures to ensure fast access to metrics.
• Generate and review documentation for all database changes or refinements.
• Make recommendations for software, hardware and data storage upgrades.
• Ability to work with large data sets will help you in this position
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Ability to generalise conclusions from large data sets.
