Job Description:

 

We have an opening for the position of Sourcing Asst. Sales Manager for a reputed Real Estate Company at the Pune/Navi Mumbai location.

 

Job Profile:

  • Organize, Plan and Implement (real-estate) project-specific sales.
  • Discuss and follow up on opportunities with prospective buyers.
  • Coordinate site visits with prospective buyers and enables deal closure.
  • Handle Daily operations including internal company CRM tools.
  • Take ownership and initiative to hone up real estate knowledge and stay up to date with rules & regulations in the Indian Real Estate Market.
  • Meeting with Real Estate Brokers and onboarding them to PropertyPistol Syndicate Platform and Network.
  • Explaining Real Estate Brokers' wide range of Services available for them in PropertyPistol.
  • Maintain cordial relationships with Onboarded Real Estate Brokers Partners.
  • Identifying the need and pain points of Onboarded Real Estate Brokers in the technology and sales space and giving them services and solutions for the same.
