Campus Manager
Job Description:
Level: Associate Director/Director Experience
Exp.: 10 – 12 years
Salary Fixed – Max 20 - 22 LPA
Location – Mumbai/Gurgaon
We are looking for a driven campus recruitment manager to source and attract talented students for our company. You will be required to identify and define hiring needs, source talented candidates through events and advertising campaigns, interview potential candidates, and monitor newly recruited employees and interns. As a Campus Manager, you will be responsible to attend and host campus recruiting events and build effective internship programs. You should also have demonstrated experience with different sourcing strategies such as social recruiting, online job postings, etc. and excellent relationship-building skills.
Responsibilities:
• Assessing the hiring needs of the company and developing job descriptions and specifications accordingly.
• Coordinating and hosting in-house recruitment events and report on recruiting metrics after every event .
• Build and maintain good relationships with universities and other educational institutions . Maintaining and monitoring applications within the applicant tracking systems.
• Managing campus hire pre onboarding and onboarding formalities . Act as a main point of contact for future and recent campus hires at company.
• Maintaining relationships with universities, student organizations, and recruitment networks.
• Designing and implementing recruitment strategies such as events and social media campaigns.
• Researching hiring trends and compiling recruitment reports and presentations.
• Sourcing talented candidates through a variety of means including events, advertising, and databases.
• Screening resumes and scheduling interviews.
• Managing and conducting interviews with shortlisted candidates.
• Developing internship programs and evaluating the performance of new employees.
• Managing all administrative tasks such as updating recruitment databases, hiring profiles, and applicant documentation.
• Hosting and attending college career days and conference
Requirements:
• MA/MBA degree in Human Resource Management or relevant field.
• 8 - 10 year experience of working as Campus Recruiter or a similar role. • Good network of Deans, Placement coordinators, Principal and other authorities of the college in order to get the right slot
• Hands-on experience with different candidate evaluation procedures.
• Knowledge of resume databases and applicant tracking systems.
• Familiar with social media sourcing.
• Ability to maintain relationships with the recruiting teams.
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills
