- Responsible for planning, setting, and reviewing machine parameters at the time of mold changeover or machine startup.
- Ensure the most efficient production levels.
- Responsible for Quality Inspection of injection-molded plastic components.
- Review failures or product defects, identify root causes and implement actions for elimination of trouble and recurrence.
- Responsible for training and guiding operators in the shift.
- Should ensure timely maintenance of auxiliary equipment
- Aid in, assist in and implement production planning strategies
