SENIOR MANAGER - AGM PURCHASE

Job Description:

• Looking for a competent Purchase Manager to monitor and ensure timely fulfillment of all procurement activities.
• Supply Management, Tracking Budget Expenses, Vendor Relationships, Organization, Documentation Skills, Supply Management.
• ensure a cost effective supply of quality products.
• Maintain the requirement and supply of material.
• To get the approval and submit the purchase order to the selected vendor and ensure that the deliver is made by actual date of delivery as accepted.
• We are in need of a smart & dynamic persona as Purchase Manager responsible for keeping records of vendors ,comparative analysis, process PR, negotiating and pricing
• Communicates with vendors and to make sure supplies get where they need to be when they need to be, even when a deadline is tight.
• Manage the company day-to-day purchasing activities and ensure that all purchasing agents are meeting their personal performance standards
• Assist in developing more effective invoicing and collecting processes

Desired Candidate Profile

• Previous experience as a Purchase Manager prefers only in Real Estate developer organisation.
• Excellent in English communication both written and verbal with great interpersonal and leadership skills
• Outstanding organizational and time management skills
• Multitasking Skills
