JOB DESCRIPTION of AM2/DM1
Job Title: AM2/DM1
Department: FX-CLEAR
Reports to: Manager/Sr Manager
Experience: Work experience of a minimum of 4 years in a Bank or Financial institution. Experience of working as a Dealer or in the area of dealing operations would be preferred. The candidate should be willing to work in rotational shifts.
Required Qualification: Minimum B.Com from a reputed university
Preferred Qualification: The ideal candidate should be a Graduate with Higher educational qualification like MBA, CA or CWA, CFA, M.Com etc
Skill, Knowledge & Trainings:

6. Sound working knowledge of MS Word, MS Excel and Powerpoint etc.

Functional Competencies:
The incumbent must have proficient knowledge about the Financial markets, preferably in the field of Foreign exchange.
Job Purpose:
To work effectively in a team oriented environment and ensure that the operations related to the forex trading platforms are completed in a timely manner as per the laid down procedures, and to contribute effectively to achieve the departmental and organizational goals.
Area of Operations Key Responsibility
- Operations and monitoring Performing the operational and other activities of the department and monitoring of the FX Trading platforms.
- Handling Member concerns/queries Efficient handling and resolving Member concerns/queries
- Marketing and Promotion Consistent interaction with the members and customers for promotion of the FX Trading platforms and Relationship building
Any Other Requirement: The candidate should be capable of multitasking and working in a coordinated manner in a team oriented environment for completion of the assigned tasks in a timely manner. The candidate should be able to respond to member queries effectively and courteously. The candidate would also be required to work in rotational shifts as per the requirement of the department.
