Training Delivery
- Should be able to train and conduct Train the Trainer.
- Should be able to understand emotional perspective of training.
- Sales perspective understanding added with training
- Should be able to deliver training sessions and support on the Job training
- Should be able to train in person and via online
- Logistical Arrangement for material in collaboration with the expansion/transition team
- Content development support
- Deliver behavioral training content
- Training Need Identification
- Understanding data in hand and action needed, with or without guidance
- Coaching attitude
- Build on Sales Team Training Lifecycle
- Training Need Analysis
- Monitor, manage the quality of training delivery & training effectiveness
