Job Description:  After Sales Department (Assistant)

The ideal candidate will possess good communication skills and a presentable personality. The After-Sales Assistant’s responsibilities include generating leads, making sales calls, budgeting, customer follow-up, continuously updating our CRM database, meeting after-sales targets, and focusing on selling quality spare parts to customers. To be successful as an after-sales assistant you should be an inspired self-starter and able to drive sales growth. After-sales assistants should establish and retain contact with customers so that they can easily obtain customer feedback concerning the quality of their company’s product.

Responsibilities:

  • On-call service (24x7x365).
  • Preparing quotations for spare parts.
  • Arranging the details for making commercial invoices & e-way bills of spare parts.
  • Transportation/Courier arrangement (Logistics) for spare parts delivery of local and overseas customers.
  • Payments follow-ups of spare parts.
  • Maintaining the stock of fast-moving spare parts from local and overseas for local and overseas customers.
  • Delivery of short supplies/ Replacement material.
  • Maintaining the soft records of service and spare parts in MS Office.
  • Procuring and maintaining the spare parts for all the customers who have fully automated projects as well as for different projects too.
  • Responsible for maintenance of factory.
  • Responsible for all IT equipment and assets.
  • Provide periodic reports to management on all after-sales activities.

Requirements:

  • Min 3 years of experience in after-sales support in a Construction equipment manufacturing company.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical/ Electrical Engineering
  • Strong verbal and written communicator.
  • Excellent phone and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, MIS.
  • Good negotiation and problem-solving skills.
  • Outstanding organizational and time management skills.
