Job Description:
Urgent Requirement for production manager(sms) for reputed steel plant at raipur location.
Achieve Daily/Weekly/Monthly production target.
Planning of different grades given by PPC Dept.
Preparation of charge mix & melting of charge mix in furnaces.
Special Grades making, process improvement & Quality improvement.
Cost reduction, planning of sequence casting & ingot casting.
Ingot (pitside) raw material checking (Moulds, Hot-Top, pagrette, APC, BP set).
Daily Ingot casting & improve quality of Ingots.
12MT &
15MT.
Analysis of Deviated heats and takes the corrective action.
erosion. Vessel lining, Vessel life improvement, Ladle lining, ladle life.
Induction lining, patching
Reporting to Unit Head (Sr.VP SMS).
