Job Description:
This position is responsible for maintaining relationships with key accounts (carriers and shippers) and on-boarding new accounts to achieve profitable results. Benchmarking competitors and suggesting business strategies for the growth of existing / new businesses in line with the objective of achieving exponential growth and profitability. Immediate joinees preferred.
Primary Tasks and activities:
- Acquire new clients and develop trusted relationships with a portfolio of clients by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives
- Pro-actively originate phone and zoom calls, respond to incoming calls and answer business related queries
- With guidance, execute strategies focused on expanding client base within defined market segments.
- Lead nurturing for customers by resolving queries, referring them to right contacts, arranging product demo/sales visits/calls
- Collaborate with our senior staff to produce new account revenue in line with current organization and individual targets and quotas.
- Serve as the link of communication between key customers and internal teams
- Prepare regular reports of progress and forecasts to internal and external stakeholders using key account metrics
