Job Description:

This position is responsible for maintaining relationships with key accounts (carriers and shippers) and on-boarding new accounts to achieve profitable results. Benchmarking competitors and suggesting business strategies for the growth of existing / new businesses in line with the objective of achieving exponential growth and profitability. Immediate joinees preferred. 

Primary Tasks and activities:

  1. Acquire new clients and develop trusted relationships with a portfolio of clients by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives
  2. Pro-actively originate phone and zoom calls, respond to incoming calls and answer business related queries
  3. With guidance, execute strategies focused on expanding client base within defined market segments.
  4. Lead nurturing for customers by resolving queries, referring them to right contacts, arranging product demo/sales visits/calls
  5. Collaborate with our senior staff to produce new account revenue in line with current organization and individual targets and quotas.
  6. Serve as the link of communication between key customers and internal teams
  7. Prepare regular reports of progress and forecasts to internal and external stakeholders using key account metrics
